Service 01
Nutrition Analysis
A registered dietitian turns three days of your real eating into a written nutrient report: calories, protein, sodium, sugar, fiber, potassium, and the vitamins and minerals you are missing.

Service 02
Medical Nutrition Therapy
One-on-one counseling with a registered dietitian, built around the condition you are managing and the food you already cook. Sessions run in person, by phone, or by video.

Service 03
Medically Tailored Meals
Ready-to-eat meals designed against your dietitian's plan and your diagnosis, then delivered to your door. Eligible members can receive up to three meals a day for up to six months.

Produce Prescriptions & Pantry
A written prescription for fruit and vegetables, medically tailored grocery boxes, and pantry stocking, so the food in your kitchen matches the plan on paper.

Also included
Nutrition education and cooking classes
Small group sessions on label reading, portioning, carb counting, low sodium cooking, and shopping on a budget. Held at our Brooklyn office and at partner sites, in English, Chinese, and Bengali.
